“Provider” means myIndiaTickets’ suppliers, and travel providers.

“Products and Services” means the airline travel ticketing and other services available through the site.

2. Use of this site:  License - myIndiaTickets grants you a revocable , personal and non-transferable license to access and use the site only as permitted in these terms. Any rights or license not granted herein are reserved.

3. Delivery of Products and Services

-Paper Tickets - All paper tickets will be dispatched to the customer through USPS mail. All efforts will be made to ensure that the travel documents reach the customer in time. myIndiaTickets will be sending the paper tickets without any additional cost to the customer. If the mail is rejected for some reason or if the customer is not available at the premises the myIndiaTickets will not take the responsibility for any fiscal or other liabilities that might arise

- Tickets - e-Tickets will be sent to the email address specified by the customer at the time of confirming the quote. We will ensure that all care is taken to send the e-ticket to the customer as soon as the payment is received from the customer. The responsibility of confirming whether the e-tickets have reached the customer or not is limited to a phone call made by myIndiaTickets travel agent to the phone number given to us at the time of getting the quote/confirmation of the ticket/quote by the customer.

4.Cancellation and Amendment Charges. Cancellation and amendment to tickets will be subject to cancellation/amendment/penalty/surcharges levied by the airlines and consolidators. Our responsibility will include educating the customer on the respective fees in case of cancellation or amendment. These charges change with the fare type, airlines, fare class and consolidators additional processing fee. We do not charge any extra charges from our side. The times for cancellation and amendment vary with the airlines and we take all care to ensure that we get the processes started in time. However, we will not be responsibilities for any financial liabilities that might arise because of a late processing on the part of the airlines or consolidators.

5. Links to third party sites.You can place inbound links to our website provided the following conditions apply.

-Your website does not in anyway imply that myIndiaTickets is endorsing your products

- You will remove the links to our website if we say so.

Deal Prices Sample rates shown were accurate and available on myIndiaTickets as of Sunday of the current week and may not represent current prices because we rely on airlines price booking engines and these  are constantly updated for price and availability. Any deals priced in other that US dollars would actually be priced based on current exchange rates and were priced on the website based on the exchange rates based on the day of placing the deal.
